Joe graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He earned his MBA from Marquette University, and continued his education to attain Securities licenses:
FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative, FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, FINRA Series 31 Future Managed Funds, FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, and FINRA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law.
He also has the professional insurance designation of LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow).
